This 767,000 square foot Gensler-designed learning, development, and innovation center houses 800 single-occupancy guest rooms, 90 learning, and innovation spaces, and a 1,000-seat assembly hall. Also featured throughout are Hunter Douglas Architectural's automated RB 500+ Roller Shades. Installed by Florida Contract Automated Shading, our shades help to support KPMG U.S. commitment to sustainability by reducing solar heat gain throughout the space.

GC: Gilbane Building Company | FCAS completed this project in Lake Nona last year - Johnson and Johnson Human Performance Institute. A sleek and modern state-of-the-art facility that works with professional athletes, military special forces, and Fortune 500 CEOs to bring your best energy to work life. We put up hundreds of Hunter Douglas Motorized shades, powered by Somfy. The challenge was having really, really tall, skinny windows, but this proved to be just one more amazing project in our portfolio!

GC: Parrish McCall | Gainesville, FL | The Norman Fixel Institute for Neurological Diseases at the University of Florida is a 21,437 square foot facility consisting of patient exam rooms, research areas, and a physical/occupational therapy garden.
Cascades Luxury Apartments
GC: Scorpio | Gainesville, FL | Cascades Luxury Apartments, a five-story multifamily community located three blocks from the University of Florida campus. Cascades’ design was created by Trimark Properties and Fugleberg Koch Architects. The building features 67 units with floor plans ranging from one-room studios to four-bedroom apartments.
Touchpoint Medical Center/ Tampa FL
GC: DPR | The new, 147,000-sq.-ft., tilt-wall Global Headquarters and Manufacturing Center for TouchPoint Healthcare consists of 35,000-sq.-ft. of office space and 112,000-sq.-ft. of manufacturing and warehouse space including a powder application booth with ovens, washers, and robotic powder spray guns for a completely automated process. DPR self-performed all of the drywall, acoustical ceilings, specialties and doors, frames and hardware. The self-perform work drove the project's schedule and the project was completed nearly two months early.
