Gator 100 — three years running

The Gator 100 is the University of Florida’s annual celebration of the 100 fastest-growing businesses owned or led by UF alumni worldwide, presented by the Warrington College of Business. FCAS has earned a place on the list for three consecutive years — recognition of our sustained, rapid growth in commercial automated shading across the Southeast. #GoGators

Spotlighted in the Orlando Health Community Impact Report

As a woman-owned business, FCAS prides itself on breaking barriers and fostering inclusivity. Working alongside my husband, we blend a dedication to our craft with a deep appreciation for family — striving to create a supportive work environment that drives success and defines our legacy.

FCAS completed the shading scope for Clay County District Schools’ new cafetorium and classroom building at Keystone Heights Elementary.

Starting off the new year right

A look back at our 2024 installs — CAE Space Training in Tampa, PGA Tour in Ponte Vedra, and UF Norman Hall among them — outfitted with Hunter Douglas Contract RB500 manual roller shades. Happy New Year.

Another year of WBENC certification

We’ve renewed our WBENC certification for another year. WBENC’s national standard is a rigorous process — an in-depth business review and site inspection — confirming a business is at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by a woman or women.

UF 654 Honors Village — nearing completion

What a year at UF. We’re near completion on this $159 million, 413,000-square-foot honors residence — five state-of-the-art buildings on campus, outfitted with thousands of manual and motorized Hunter Douglas RB500 Contract roller shades throughout.
