UF New Undergraduate Residential Complex
State of the art facility will feature four residental halls, 5-6 stories each, and one story common space to create the 5th building. The complex is a total of 413,587 square-feet and the residential buildings will house a combination of single and double suites, including ADA suites, for a total of 1,415 beds or 825 units.
